The focus of Clare’s career is classroom teaching. His specialty areas are Economic & Financial Literacy and United States History. Clare has been a leader in curriculum and program development and has started up and developed Advanced Placement courses in Micro and Macro Economics and U.S. History. He is frequently invited to share his teaching experience at conferences and workshops. With one book and several published articles to his credit, he continues to pursue research and writing. In addition to his academic pursuits, Clare has a background in varsity coaching and is an avid runner.
